Sioni done a verbal building report of my home for me. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. And even answered all the questions I had for him, regarding my upcoming projects I have to tackle, which he didnt have to do. His detailed information he gave me, has given me the confidence I need to make an informed decision about whether to keep my home or move on. We cannot recommend Sioni from Three Four Five highly enough. He completed our bathroom renovation, and built our fence. Every project was completed on time, within budget, and to a very high standard. Sioni truly lives up to his company values; reliable, honest, and someone you can trust. He communicates well, manages the project from start to finish, and makes the whole process stress-free. What also stood out to us was how well he mentors and supports his team, creating a great work environment while delivering quality workmanship. It is rare to find a builder who you feel completely comfortable with and know will do the right thing. This the first time I have used ThreeFourFive Building and Renovations recently.  This is during our journey through the property ladder and not knowing what to expect. Sione is truly committed to open, honest, timely and respectful communication.  As first time home buyers we used his services for a pre-purchase building inspection report.  Sione takes that extra step further.  Working in partnership with Sione is hassle and stress free. I found him down to earth and very easy to work with.  He is able to adapt and accommodate to fit in a schedule with tight deadlines to make. Throughout the process from booking an inspection report to reading a very comprehensive and meticulous report.  Taking photos and providing detail when required.   The time he spends on inspecting a property is worth the money and is reflected in the documentation of the report.  Sione thoroughly assessed a property for us.  His excellent detail is top notch and very knowledgeable.  He was able to identify the condition, serious defects as well as highlighting the high risk issues with the house. I found Sione very patient and always available to answer my questions of concerns honestly.  His clear and concise communication provided you with a sense of reality building issues. Sione's report has really informed us to make a good decision not to go ahead with the purchase.  He has saved us thousands of dollars.  Also, provided cost estimates for the necessary repairs and maintenance advice upon request. I would highly recommend Sione from ThreeFourFive Building and Renovations without hesitation.  He is someone whose professional work ethic services goes above and beyond expectations.  We were impressed with the pre-inspection building report.  I will certainly be using their services again in the future.  A high 10 for me.🙌😇
